Rizzetta brings on 30 new clients in 2017 from around Florida

Rizzetta & Company continued to grow its statewide presence in 2017, bringing on nine new CDD clients and 21 new HOA clients.

The new clients are from different areas of Florida, but their reasons for hiring Rizzetta tend to be very similar. Board members are looking for a management company with deep experience, quality personal service and a high level of responsiveness to their needs.

In total, the company now manages 114 CDDs and 165 HOAs.
